Job Description

We are currently seeking male/female fitness instructors to join the team of our client, a 5-star hotel in Casablanca.

Essential Functions

Provide high-quality fitness training to members and guests.

Provide high-quality individual and group fitness training.

Handle all member and guest interactions with the highest levels of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible, resolving customer complaints, and assisting customers with all their inquiries.

Provide personal trainer shifts according to the Spa Manager's schedule to meet member and guest needs and maximize revenue.

Effectively promote personal training and fitness activities through frequent interactions with members and guests.

Describe available training classes and sell personal training, along with the full spa menu, to internal (hotel) and external guests/clients.

Maintain the cleanliness of the fitness room and locker facilities, including gym equipment.

Conduct personal training sessions for individuals and groups.

Assist in escorting guests throughout the facilities (including the spa locker facilities and pool deck).

Work in a harmonious and professional manner with coworkers and supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Relevant Work Experience: At least one year of relevant work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Required Qualifications

Licensing or Certification: CPR Certification

First Aid Certification

Fitness Equipment

Fitness Training

Any certification or training required by local and state agencies.
